Assembly Mechanic

Function: Manufacturing

Responsibilities:
# Perform duties to position and assemble moderate to highly complex equipment utilizing fitting / adjusting/securing maneuvers.

The Assembly Mechanic will undertake any or all of the following:
# Read blueprints and engineering specifications to perform moderate / repetitive assembling tasks.
# Perform factory acceptance tests per specifications.
# Properly stamp or tag all parts per engineering documents.
# Identify problems or hazardous conditions that occur during assembly and test.
# Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety and environmental regulations.
# Perform other related duties as assigned or indicated by responsibilities.
# Perform all duties as assigned by management Signature

Qualifications:
# High School diploma or GED or 3+ years of experience.
# 3+ years experience in welding, or machining, or manufacturing, or quality control, or quality engineering or manufacturing engineering or test and assembly.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
# Must be available and willing to travel to such locations and with such frequency as the employer determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs.

Desired:
* Ability to read and correctly interpret prints / drawings and specifications.
# Must obtain forklift operator license.
