Senior Project Engineer

Lead Engineer position in the Baton Rouge Projects office. The primary work is Experion PKS system engineering and configuration. Knowledge of TPS is also desirable will Include:

1. System hardware design and configuration

2. Submission of Configurator files for factory order

3. Database Development utilizing P&ID's

4. Development of work packages for offshore engineering activities

5. Perform FEL (lead the effort)

6. Engineering support to local customers

7. Engineering support for the local sales team

8. Engineering estimates for project work

9. Mentor inexperienced engineers

10. DCS experience

Basic Qualifications:

* Minimum of BS in Engineering
* 5-10 years experience in control design and implementation
* Experience with Experion system and/or HPM configuration, FTE, logic programming, graphics development, utilization of Control Builder and HMI Web
* Database development from P&ID's

Additional Qualifications:

* Experience in FAT and SAT activities is desirable
* Customer relationship skills a must
* Self-Starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision and provide leadership from project kickoff to closeout for the project team.
* This selected candidate will also support sales and proposal activities in the Louisiana area and provide support for Homeland security system installation.
