Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Accountable for the safe and efficient execution of the drilling program and implementation of Chevron policies.
• Approving drilling programs.
• Reviewing and approving forward plans and rig site Plans of Operation (POA).
• Reporting well progress and timelines to management.
• Managing the rig contract.
• Communicating with internal and external business partners.
• Leading risk assessments for programs and POA’s and changes to same.
• Leading rig inspections and upgrades.
• Leading the effort to capture lessons learned and developing action plans to prevent recurrence of lost-time events.
• Overseeing non-productive time reduction efforts.
• Responsible for personal development and mentoring of his/her team.

Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• A minimum of 15 years of drilling experience as well as a minimum of 5 years of deepwater experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
• A minimum of 20 years of experience is preferred.

Hamilton Engineering, Inc. is currently in need of an engineer who is interested in sitting wellsite (rotational) on a year long project involving the plugging of existing wells and then drilling 21 new wells to be used as storage wells in the bay.

The best candidates will be engineers with experience in sensitive environmental areas, that would like to be at the wellsite.

Description
Draper Laboratory is seeking a well round self motivated mechanical engineer to design, build and test apparatus in support of BioMEMS R&D at our newly established BioMEMS Center at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. This individual will have great prototyping and experimental skills and either experience in biomedical engineering or a strong interest in learning about the field.

Design of the apparatus will involve an ever changing mix of mechanism and machine design, design of thermal control systems and fluid mechanics systems combined with fabrication and prototyping.


Requirements .
The successful candidates will enjoy working on teams in a fast paced environment and interacting with a mix of physicians, biologists and chemists.

Education and Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience and an MSME is required.
