DUTIES/RESONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for scaling up new chemicals for manufacturing and improving existing manufacturing processes. Development efforts require close collaboration/involvement with research, manufacturing and business units.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SPECIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
•BS or MS in Chemical Engineering
•0-5 years of Chemical Engineering experience
•Sound project management skills
•Strong oral and written communication skills
•Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills
•Good mechanical aptitude
•Basic personal computing skills including Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.
