Process Engineer

This position would provide technical leadership and support for the development and implementation of process techniques and methods within the facility's Pneumatic Ducting and Components areas.

Key Job Responsibilities Include:

1. Prepare manufacturing process documentation for new parts in support of the new product and product line extension goals.
2. Load WDS engineering inputs for new parts.
3. Interpret customer design and process requirement and ensure flow down through the manufacturing router instructions.
4. Develop tooling designs using established standards.
5. Identify and coordinate design improvements in support of the department's Cost Out goals.
6. Provide MRB and ECN support during prototype development to ensure the production line impact is minimized.
7. Provide engineering support during product transitions.
8. Will be responsible for developing manufacturing instructions and structure following the site standards and ensuring that all document and tools are available to support prototype manufacture.
9. Position will also support project managers as the design department's manufacturing engineering representative for new products.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Knowledge of manufacturing process control (ISO) required.
3-5 years of experience in mechanical component manufacturing
