MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: BS Petroleum Engineering. Current certificate in BOP and well control. Should have valid well control certificate issued by IADC/IWCF or schools accredited either to IADC/IWCF. Experience: Excellent management skills and technical knowledge in drilling operations. Should be aware of latest technologies used in oil drilling and workover operations. Must have strong petroleum engineering background. Must have supervised more than 3 to 4 rigs at a time. Solid background in supervision high temperature/high pressure wells with high H2S concentration, Experience in supervising offshore jackup rigs will be an added advantage.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform managerial duties at the division level including preparation of Div. budgets and quarterly accountability statement. Resolves difficult and unusual problems which could otherwise delay drilling progress, makes decisions under emergency operating conditions to solve problems and protect crew, rig and well. Holds meetings to coordinate activities and makes frequent inspections to assure operations conforms to plans and are being carried out safely, efficiently and economically. Receives technical advise from and cooperates and coordinates with drilling engineering, reviews and approves well programs. Directs preparation of the reviews/approves forecasts for manpower, materials and supplies required to prate assigned rigs, order tools, supplies and supporting service and initiates action to assure stocks are maintained at minimum adequate levels.
