Major Duties

Perform Approval /Verification of Marine, Safety and Utility systems for Floating Production and Drilling units. Mechanical/Process engineer with good knowledge of the design and operational aspects of the marine, safety and utility systems for the floating production and drilling platforms. The systems include marine systems, HVAC, fire protection and fighting systems, ESD & F&G systems and other utility systems.

Qualifications

A Graduate degree is required (Masters Degree preferred) in Mechanical/Process Engineering.
At least 5 years minimum experience in performing similar work is required.
Good understanding of International Regulations like, SOLAS, IMO, MARPOL, USCG and Flag state requirements. Good knowledge of industry standards like API, ASME, ANSI, NFPA, NACE, BS and ISO standards that are relevant for the above scope of work.
