We have ambitious expansion goals for our services related to technology qualification, and are therefore seeking a motivated senior or principal engineer to join our team. If you have several years of experience, and are interested in working with cutting edge technology in a multi disciplinary environment with highly skilled colleagues , we would like to talk with you.
* Management of multi-disciplinary technology qualification projects involving cutting edge technology
* Participate in and support business development activities related to technology qualification
* Perform technical work within own projects, as well as support other project

Qualifications
# Interest for working with new technology and qualification
# Ability to lead meetings with 10-15 participants
# Have understanding of risk and reliability
# Have insight and understanding of the oil & gas industry
# Have a specialization within an area of the oil & gas industry and have knowledge of the relevant failure modes within this area.
# Ability to learn and understand new technologies
# Be able to ''challenge'' the designer by understanding critical parts of the technology
# Analytical skills
# Able to work systematically across multiple disciplines
# Able to create/ utilize personal network in the industry to participate in business development activities.
