Writer-Pipeline/Offshore/Proposals

You will lead the commercial / engineering team in producing technically correct & commercially competitive proposals for the offshore group. You will receive, review and respond to, all offshore Pipeline and Process business enquiries for the offshore group, predominantly in the Gulf of Mexico. The primary responsibility is to generate, review and submit Tender documents, technical & commercial proposals for pipeline and process services, in accordance with the established guidelines.

You are responsible for ensuring good communication between sales representatives, sales engineers, estimating engineers and department managers. You'll be privy to sensitive and confidential information and will handle this information with the Company's best interest in mind at all times. You will prepare and maintain all financial, planning and resource information relating to Tender documents and quotations for use in sales and to produce monthly report for forecasting. You will ensure that your own health and safety, and the health and safety of all fellow workers are preserved at all times.

Requirements:
bachelor's degree or equivalent;
a good commercial understanding & the ability to exploit opportunities;
be flexible, highly self motivated & proactive team player;
good written and oral communication skills;
literate with MS Office software.
Prefer: recognized Engineering/Technical qualification; offshore pipeline knowledge.
