Engineer (Building Maintenance)

Job Responsibilities :

You will supervise a team of building technicians in the management and maintenance of the hospital facilities. You will be responsible for planning and implementing cyclical and preventive maintenance programmes and plan and oversee ad-hoc maintenance work carried out by both in house technicians and external service providers. You will also be required to manage other operational support services that may be assigned to you from time to time.

Job Requirements :

You must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in a Mechanical/Electrical discipline, preferably with a Fire Safety Manager Certificate. You must have at least 5 years' relevant working experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. You must possess good supervisory and leadership skills, and be a team player.
