Pipeline Process Engineer

Description:
Aerotek has recently partnered with a privately-held energy company with over 1,200 employees nationwide composed of five primary business lines specializing in Energy Services and Development. We are in need of a Pipeline Process Engineer.

The Pipeline Process Engineer's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

** Perform process simulations on cryogenic, refrigeration and J-T plants
** Design of pipeline systems and compressor/dehydration systems
** MAOP calculations/hydrostatic test pressures
** Relieve/Control valve sizing
** Meter run sizing
** Pressure drop calculations for pipelines and modeling of systems
** Compressor sizing
** Prepare cost estimates for new projects
** Provide specifications for and purchase of major equipment and piping for construction projects.
** Engineering support with the following: O&M Plans, Emergency Response Plans, Process Safety Management, Construction Bids and Contracts, Construction specifications and Station Design

REQUIREMENTS:

** BS in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
** 4 + years recent relevant experience required

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

** Salary: $100-115K; negotiable, based on experience
