Description: A growing company in the Phoenix area is looking for a Repair and Overhaul Engineer with Gas Turbine Engine experience. The chosen candidate will identify and facilitate improvements to existing OEM manual piece part repairs on APU and Accessory product lines. Other functions:

* Facilitate the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, equipment, and tooling
* Provide technical engineering support to all internal customers (Sales, Customer Service, Production, Quality, Materials, and Purchasing
* Perform customer field service as identified by Customer Service
* Take a leading role with external customers on engineering issues
* Develop shop routings and process sheets for accessories and APU
* Identify and evaluate tooling and fixtures
* Facilitate the design and manufacture (as required)
* Assist planners, supervisors, and Machine Shop Engineers with technical support

Requirements: Repair Engineer Qualifications:

* B.S. Degree in Engineering (or equivalent technical and engineering experience)
* Five years of technical experience
* Five years of experience in manufacture or repair of gas turbine hardware
* Experienced in following aerospace specifications and processes
* Experienced in applying statistical analysis tools
* Proficient in engineering and office-based computer applications
* A/P License (preferred)
