Field Services & Operations Manager (including Offshore Operation)

Job Summary:

Field Services Manager works with the project manager and manages field operations for projects in place.

This position is hands on leadership role. It is a key operational role in the fiber optic permanent monitoring team and is a key development position for line management responsibility such as Director of Operations or other customer facing positions.

Qualifications include both technical and field operations, as well as people management and leadership.

Requirements

* Minimum bachelors degree in engineering, science or equivalent.
* O&G and offshore experience, preferably in seismic. Combination of electrical and mechanical skills.
* Leadership, proactive, self starter. Takes on responsibility and drives projects to safe and successful conclusion.
* Strong QHSE profile.
* Good planning and communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
* Hands on hardworking and flexible work ethic.
* Must have the ability to pass an offshore physical (UKOOA) and undergo HUET (helicopter & underwater escape training) and BOSIET (basic offshore safety induction & emergency training) courses.
* Must have the ability to legally work full time in the United States for anyone other than your current employer.
