Leading pipeline equipment and service company with offices throughout the world has an IMMEDIATE NEED for a Welding Engineer for their office in Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Welding Engineering or other technical discipline and at least 5 years of experience as a Welding Engineer working with ASME code products and fabrication methods. Must have knowledge with ASME (Section IX is a must), API and ISO welding and pressure vessel construction codes. Duties include providing engineering support to product engineering team. Assist with the creation and maintenance of product (fabrication) welding standards. Works on special projects as assigned by the Manager of Engineering and manage special functions and/or processes such as welding and project management responsibilities. There will be some travel involved with this position. Relocation package is negotiable. When applying please include desired salary.
