Job Description
Responsible for supporting the development and execution of projects for the Oil and Gas onshore/offshore industry. The general knowledge needed for this type of work will be;

Medium voltage and low voltage power distribution equipment
Power monitoring and control systems for distribution systems
VSD Drive Systems
Configuration of PLC's and other control equipment.
Integration of power and control equipment into Modules and Buildings
Auxiliaries as needed the power equipment
Power systems studies
Industry Standards for International and USA as applied on Onshore and Offshore Oil and Gas projects.

Education: BSEE or higher. Certifications in the Industry as Engineering Professional are a plus.

Knowledge and Experience: Demonstrates and applies comprehensive knowledge of field of specialization to the successful completion of complex assignments. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization. Demonstrates significant knowledge of organizations business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues. Typically 4-6 years of successful experience as electrical engineer in oil and gas industry and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities and Knowledge as presented above. Advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.
