Process Engineer

Job Field: Software Development
Locations: United States-Ohio-Dayton

Key Role:
Design and develop process flows and responsibility matrices, processes, and procedures for ECSS process areas in compliance with SEI CMMI Level 3. Support process area teams by implementing and improving processes and procedures. Assist with developing templates, checklists, and other supporting documents. Assist with software development and conduct process-related training. Assist with the definition, collection, and analysis of process-related metrics.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-6+ years of experience with process engineering, business process re-engineering, ERP process development, or software development processes
-Experience with overall business objectives and goals
-Experience with process management methodologies
-Experience with all Microsoft Office Professional Tools
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:
-10 years of experience with managing or performing software engineering activities or software process development
-2 years of experience with participating in high-performance teams
-1 year of experience with the development and presentation of informal training materials
-Experience with participating in SCAMPI reviews for CMMI Certification a plus
-Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint preferred
-Experience with facilitating process development with diverse groups preferred
-Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
-Possession of excellent presentation skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
