Process Engineer

POSITION SUMMARY:
Process Engineer-Process accountable for all areas of Process Engineering in set-up and preparation for a start-up Greenfield major capital investment, including:

* Bulk handling
* Ingredient preparation
* Liquid processing'aseptic technology
* CIP
* Environment and operational safety for all areas above

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:

* Bachelors Degree in Food, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Desirable:

* Certified Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

EXPERIENCE:
* Minimum 12 years of engineering experience in Food/Dairy, Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
* In-depth knowledge of food processing and technology, especially dairy and aseptic process and hygienic engineering.
* Flexible to move to other locations after project completion.

SKILLS:
* Good organizational/administrative skills.
* Strong project management skills.
* Competent design knowledge.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* High proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Autocad and MS Project.
* SAP and Primavera P3 (or other project planning software) knowledge desirable.
* Project Management in the pharmaceutical or food industry.
* Co-ordinate multi functional work teams.
* Basic Understanding of:
a) Advanced Allen Bradley PLC logic controllers.
b) Process qualification, validation in the pharmaceutical or food industry IQ, OQ, PQ.
c) FDA and GMP/GAMP regulation.
d) Process automation, PLC and SCADA systems, APC.
