Process Engineer:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
# Contribute as technical expert in the process engineering effort
on major capital investment projects.
# Responsible for all aspects of the process scope including (but
not limited to) quality, man-hour budget and schedule.
# Work with and coach process engineers new to the process
engineering field.
# Work in a small, highly skilled team, executing proposal work in
order to win future orders for the group.
# Operate as a process technology consultant to the process
group manager.
All tasks and duties as assigned by SBM Offshore Group Management.
Education and Experience:
Required:
# Bachelors Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum
Engineering.
# Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience as a Process
Engineer in the oil and gas industry.
# Extensive knowledge of topsides production processes such as
crude separation, gas treatment and compression, produced
water treatment and water flood systems.
# Extensive first hand experience in producing PFDs, P&IDs, Utility
Balances, etc.
Preferred:
# Masters Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Petroleum
Engineering
Software Experience:
Required:
# HYSYS or equivalent process simulator experience
# Intermediate Microsoft Office experience
