Job Description:

· Team Player, must work well with Intl Division G&G, Exploration, and Exploitation teams.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Well planning experience & execution.
· Supervising skills including coaching and mentoring Devon & Contract personnel.
· Coordinate with G&G, Production, Procurement, HSE and Accounting Depts. regarding drilling related issues.
· Well Control training.
· Proactive on EHS.
· Bidding and contracting experience.
· Pore pressure & casing design.
· Hydraulics, drilling fluids, downhole optimization design, drill string design.
· Landmark Drilling Toolbox experience (must be willing to learn and utilize).

Job Requirements:

· 10+ years experience in drilling, workover, and completions operations
· Offshore, deepwater and international experience
· Excellent technical and communications skills
· Understands international logistics and purchasing
· Jack up, land, floater, and deepwater experience preferred
