Weight Control Engineer:
The primary function of this position is to conduct material take offs from structural drawings, input weights information into a spreadsheet database and/or ShipWeight database and to prepare weight control reports.

Education and Experience:
# Bachelors Degree in marine engineering or related engineering
discipline
# 2-4 years engineering experience with offshore platform structures
or related oil and gas industry products (Marine and/or drilling
related work experience preferred)
# Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
# Ability to comprehend the center of mass/gravity concept

Software Experience:
Required:
# Intermediate level Microsoft Office experience
# General computer skills
Preferred:
# ShipWeight experience

All positions offered require excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills. Positions may require overseas travel and/or offshore assignment.
